Military Press One of my favorite exercises for the upper body is the military press. It not only works your shoulders, but also does a great job hitting the lats in your back. Press the weights up above your head then lower slowly to start position. Three sets of 16 with 5 or 8 lb dumbbells will work wonders for your posture.
